What we collect

• The details you enter in our forms or send by email — name, company, email, phone, message.
• Drawings and files you upload with a request for quotation.
• Technical information about your visit: the page you arrived on and the referring site, used to understand how people find us.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations.
• Drawings are used only to quote and make your parts, and are never published.
• We do not sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

• To quote and make your parts, we share your technical requirements and drawings with the carbide producers in China that we ask to quote or manufacture them. Before we do, we remove your name, company, email, phone and address, and the title block on drawings.
• Service providers that store or deliver your messages: Cloudflare (website hosting and file storage), Google (our email inbox) and Resend (email delivery).

Storage and deletion

Enquiries and files are stored with our hosting provider (Cloudflare). To ask for your data to be deleted, email sales@vanguardcarbide.com.

This site does not use advertising cookies. We remember the page you first arrived on for the duration of your visit so that your enquiry reaches the right person.
